Choosing an orthodontist in London

In the UK, any dentist can offer braces or aligners, but only dentists on the General Dental Council's Specialist List can call themselves specialist orthodontists. They have completed several years of extra full-time training in orthodontics, covering how the teeth, jaws and bite work together. When you compare orthodontists in London, it's worth asking:

Who plans my treatment?

At our practice, every orthodontic plan is made and supervised by specialist orthodontist Dr Sarah Sadek.

What are all my options?

We offer Invisalign, AddaSmile aligners and fixed braces, so we can recommend what suits your teeth rather than one system for everyone.

What's included in the price?

You get a written plan and quote before anything starts, including your retainers and review appointments.

What happens after treatment?

Retainers keep your teeth straight. We'll explain how to wear them and look after them, and replace them if needed.
